Instructions:

Cut scalloped border on all 4 sides (or you can use paper that already has a scalloped border). Remove a 9” x 9” square from middle of cardstock leaving you with a scalloped frame.
Trim transparency to 10 ľ” x 10 ľ”. Attach to back of frame with glue dots and/or tape.
Cut 3 ˝” 3 ˝” square from blue cardstock. Attach to the back of the upper left corner of picture.
For title cut out letters in 2 different colors and then glue together a little off-set so that darker cardstock looks like a shadow. You could also use 2 colors of alphabet stickers or stamps.
Print journaling on white cardstock and mat with blue cardstock. Attach journaling to transparency with silver brads. Attach photo with glue dots and then add brads and acrylic jewels to the corner of the mat as shown in picture. Attach title with glue dots. Use Glossy Accents to attach jewels onto title letters and the corners of the frame.
Tie white ribbon around the brads in the top corners of the frame. Hang on the wall from ribbon. Or skip ribbon and just put the layout into an album.
