I first used the Shrink Wrap technique to do the background. Then I stamped onto it using a Versafine black stamp. I then embossed using black detail embossing powder. I then stamped the image again onto watercolor paper. I cut the lady’s image out and layered her over the original image, raising her above the actual paper. I watercolored her dress, etc., adding orange stickles to the flowers and crown. I glued a feather to her hand. I then had an oval disk which I added a facial image to, used “Glossy Accents” to it to have it appear as a mirror with her facial image in it.

This page has the smaller letters embossed with a mixture of white and clear embossing powder to give it a speckled effect. I'd like to take credit for the idea of mixing them but it actually was a jar that came mislabeled and ended up like this! Serendipity!

A photographs I took on a trip to Colorado printed on my Inkjet printer. I VERY LIGHTLY rubbed Distress embossing ink onto the picture, and then sprinkled the image with clear ep.
After it cooled, I very lightly hit the edge with gesso from a brush, acrylic paint, then a wee bit more Gesso.

Repose #2 - Embossing is the silver molten look up at the top and down at
the bottom. I achieve this by using hemming web tape held down by tweezers,
heating with the heat gun until it melts slightly, then add embossing
powder, tap off excess and heat again....a lovely effect and one I use a
fair bit! The embossing powder is Antique Pewter.

Silver Wings - Dragonfly Legend stamp was stamped with
Ranger clear embossing ink onto black cardstock, then embossed with a clear
embossing powder. Treasure Gold in Silver,
Pewter and Copper was rubbed over portions of the stamp and also textured
paper that was added as a border.
 by Kelsey O'Mullane
Life Beats down - Embossing is the same technique using the hemming web tape
again, but I also embossed the excess double-sided tape attached to
chipboard that I adhered the words to. Attach double-sided tape to printed
words, making sure it's wider than the wording, adhere this to chipboard,
cut to size and then emboss the excess sticky of the double-sided tape.
Embossing powder is Antique Pewter.

Entwined - This is a Sheer Heaven Transfer onto watercolour paper, coloured
with watercolour crayons. The embossing is done onto a chipboardscroll shape
that was cut out from the Cuttlebug machine, embossing ink rubbed over and
Antiquities embossing powder.

A Shopping Fool - Another Sheer Heaven Transfer, embossing on a Scroll stamp
and embossed with Antique Pewter embossing powder.
